i try to send rpl and got this error
daily ASK file sending quota exceeded..

As I'm sure I said before, there is limit for ASK/RPL and that's why you get that message.
The limit is only RPLs per day.

Limit is 5 RPLs per day WORLDWIDE, so you can understand that it will be extremely slow...
