hi there i got 5500 brand new and simlock zone cant be repair by bb5king please help sonn will post log ewrthing goes ok and on end box write error " that pm mayby from otther phone but it doesn't

If is "brand new" then why you use repair? Did you ever hear about BACKUP ?
