Use Jaf Flasher as interface and try to repaire SL again.
Jaf more stable.

can u pls tell which version r u using of bb5 king to repair sl zone
have u tried with the last version ??? Nokia_BB5KING_v105.zip

Try with v. 1.03. It should work, but You will have another problem - phone will auto power down. I also have one 6300 with this problem and not found solution till now. May be in another version this will be fixed!

please try to make check,backup crt via jaf program if u can make these features then your cable 100 % else problem from cable .
use another cable and try to unlock it again.

Its looks your cable is faulty.
i know you will write here that my cable is working well, open your cable and put right resistor

it was a cable problem, i phone sucsesfully repaired with universal fbus cable :)
