am confused but as htcunlock is concern i have to put down some explanation that i got from some other server(allgsm)..he claim that motorola E8 and ZN cannot be unlock by worldwide code so that is not added in is own server.that can only be unlocked through provider(t.mobile at@t etc) so pls i cant wait to loose like that customer are not ready to pay penny...why cant u do something so i can log through t.mobile usa and i add credit to former incorrect code credit loose.....so i have correct code from t.mobile usa

look , if u see previous posts we alrady explained dont send us ZN5 , E8 ( USA AND CANADA ONLY) AND K1

these fones from the above sectors cant be unlocked , as they are relocked by there providers , we cant refund for every thing as in most cases we do , but this is not the policy !

m sorry we cant do any thing in ur case as code is generated and money is paid to the supplier .

blackberry codes are caluclated from certain calucaltor , they dont come from any data base, so if any of the details provided are rong - codes for sure will be rong . might say u tell rong network or u not sure , we end up with code error.

now put a rong sim card inside fone , it ask u for nck , enter nck if it accepts good , if not ur fone goes to freeze mode after entering the nck one more time .

now restart fone , enter the unfreeze code by dialing just the code from keypad. it go through and ask u nck again > now enter the nck it will accept for sure !
