RPL write to SL3 fail - GSM-Forum

I am trying to write rpl to 5530 RM-504, but always have this error:

Code:

Processing FBUS Part...
Writing Simlock...
Handling as SL1/SL2 Simlock Data
Simlock NOT ACCEPTED !

how to write as SL3?

are u crizy man rpl for sl3 is only for iame ripper and by write rpl

Attach your RPL file here, probably is BROKEN!!!

I can't attach rpl file, rpl seller ask not to attach it anywhere, but it is ok, MX-key write it without any problem. RPL is in plain format.

How to check? I told that it is ok, I have sucsessfully repaired my 5530 with this RPL. I wrote it with MX-key without any problem.
