It is the regulator IC faulty (normally this happens servicing a faulty mobile or a bad move using an UFC cable). You can ask details to PTT about which IC is to replace (if you want fix it - It would be the faster way to solve the problem) or contact your reseller for the box fixing or replacement. BR Alex |
