Nokia Symbian Phones BB5 tham N73, N96, N96...etc can´t read and unlock

I have more problems with more old models of Nokia BB5 phones

I can´t put it in Local or Test mode, can´t unlock or read the phones

I have here 1 - N95 and 1 . N96 and can´t conect

I used the cables that arrived with cyclone.

I have this log in my Cyclone:

Card Firmware Revision: 0109
Card is activated
Box is activated
Started box selftests procedure
USB Voltage 4,88v PASSED
MCU Voltage 3,30v PASSED
Core Voltage 1,78v PASSED
VBAT Voltage 1,11v PASSED
VBAT Voltage 4,71v PASSED
Box VPP disabled
VPP Voltage 0,02v PASSED
Internal Box VPP Enabled
VPP Voltage 4,88v PASSED
Box VPP disabled
VPP Voltage 0,02v PASSED
External Box VPP Enabled
VPP Voltage 0,02v FAILED - IGNORED - Probably power supply is not connected
Box VPP disabled
All box selftests passed!
Super DCT4 Activation: TRUE

What´s the problem with these models of Nokia?¿

What´s the steps to correct unlock it?
