Check cristal oscillators.

No ideas about my problem with 32.768 MHz cristal (Y1) ? The box only change to main mode if I touch on this cristal with finger. I already changed the 3 cristals and tryed to link cristal (Y1) cover to gnd but didn't work. Only if I touch with finger on cristal (Y1) cover the box work fine. What I can do to solve this ? I'm waiting for your response.

Y1 is an 32Khz (32,768Khz) not 32Mhz.... Y2 & Y3 are 12Mhz
