external power not detected


i just bought my cyclone box 3 days ago but the problem is when i plug the external supply it does not detect the supply this is the log

but my other cyclone if i connect a external supply it detect the supply but this new one it doesnt detect any

External Box VPP Enabled
VPP Voltage 0.02v FAILED - IGNORED - Probably power supply is not connected

can i flash bb5 phones without external supply is it ok to flash bb5 phones without external power supply sir

i use always without and it is ok for bb5 do it without problem

and there are cyclone adapters v2 GPG with usb cable too for increase power or tma evo good with theyr resistors switch to force local test mode

i just wanna ask if it is normal for cyclone box not to detect external supply when i plug a power supply in it because my other cyclone box always detect my external power supply whenever i plug it in, the new dont detect the power supply.....

In New Hardware versions of Cyclone Box, external VPP power supply function is disabled from factory, thats why you get the error with external power supply conected.
