i wanted to unlock sl3 Phone but i become the error that i need min. 101 Credits to unlock phone .
i have 100 credits , 1 sl3 phone unlock 60 credits,....

Please download new installer, we dont have any threshold on this operation. You probably use old soft that reason why You get info abt minimum q-ty of account to unlock.

you have cyclone classic ? not reloaded.
if yes then you got 100cr free and thet can`t be used for bf if i know well.
