E71X startup faild ,please help

i have tried to change e71x to rm-346 e71
phone imei 1234567.....
anyhow , i have downgrade it back to its original frimware , wrote rpl and original backedup pm and phone now imei fixed .
thought it still give me contact retailer.
when trying to write back pm again , after sx4 it say faild write 309 adress

btw even phone start to startup failed , its not going into test/local mode , just flashing white.
when it was on rm-346 it did went to local mode.

If you have another E71X (I don't have any back-ups of this model) rpl back-up, please post it here and may be you won't need to erase the phone

bro , i have rpl backup of this phone and full pm from its working state.
when phone came here it was 100% working , i tried changing software to 346 to get other lang in it.

here are the backups

please try and help me what to do with how to :)

i posted all logs all security checks all rpl write pm write sef tests ...
if i knew whats wrong i wouldnt post ask for help ....
i did all i found on forum before posting
i called my frineds ask for help before posting ....
work on this phone few hours before posting :) so regular format is not helping.
also phone not going to test/local mode even if its turned on and say cotact retailer.
