Hello i bought a new cyclone box and i need a quick guide on how to solve contact retailer problem of Nokia N96 please help in advance

I think is better if you open new thread with a title like "N96 contact retailer problem, need help" or something like this...

contact retailer problem can be solved with 2 ways
first try with formatting user area if all is good with phone it will be OK
2nd .. if all is ok with ur simlock ...upload a modified PM with Sx4 and ur phone will be ok
last if u have bad simlock or bad RPL inside phone .....sorry mate only RPL can help u if u dont have right backup
