1680c-2b rm490 from T-Mobile - GSM-Forum

Hello forum!

I have flashed this phone to v06.82 rm395 because with rm490 cyclone drop me unsupported ascci something like that...

After flashing, unlock procedure was good and the phone now is unlocked but no signal i wrote new pm and continue the same problem without signal

i need 850/1900.

Please helpme.

no.. you are totally wrong about this phone... this RM-490 can´t be unlocked if you do it the phone become no network..... is something about MCU ID.... you can search in forum about this, is old topic.

Original version cant unlock cyclone

thats means that there is no way to unlock 1680 rm490?? even if i make downgrade to rm-395?

I use this cause it is good on dct4+ without the hustle of downloading mcu for specific versions
and did not yet had problems with it...

yes philippines NEBULA supports 1680c-2b rm490 from T-Mobile v6.83 with mcu id 3168 unlock and tested no need to change UPP...

this solution if im not mistaken is only in the philippines...no other box support this unit for now ..but only Nebula dongle standalone dct4+ unlocker..
