5800, problem with SX4 auth - GSM-Forum

Hello,

I still have problem with SX4 auth. on nokia 5800
I have try all solutions here, still I cannt authorize

In which condition is your phone ? Contact service ?

Which error you get when try to authorize SX4 ?

Post info and selftest logs.

Started mutual authenthication with card...
Cyclone Server (1.0.0.576), Cyclone Box Team 2008, 2009, 2010 - Ready.

Disconnected from Cyclone Server
Failed to Authorize SX4 -> Failed to receive mutual Data 1 from server

original version was 31.0.008 , Variant 0582872

I did downgrade after that I unlocked it but when I have upload v31.0.008 again, I cannt do SX4 auth.

problem is probably, I have backup pm only 120, 308

phone is erased, I have try upload full PM from another phone without 120,308 but still same problem

in selftest only this failed : Failed ST_SECURITY_TEST

I have backup of certs, rpl, pm 120, 308

any idea ?

"Failed to Authorize SX4 -> Failed to receive mutual Data 1 from server" it is conection / firewall problem, or maybe the SX4 server down for maintenance ( sorry y havent my box here to check if is server problem )

To solve Failed ST_SECURITY_TEST, you need to write PM fields 1 & 309 using SX4

I have the same error 74, you tell is a firewall probleme, for me this is don't work from 1 week, possible because I have a strange net connxion, I'am connected on a router of my neighbor, mybe this this rooter block conexion ?
