Will you ever fix the usa server problem ???


Cyclone Box Supporters

I am tired of crying here for not been able to access the USA Server without any well formed reply from your team, and no solution. Is this what I bought your box for? I am still running on Warranty !!! and I haven't download any single file from your server.

I have tried different computers, and different intenet connections and I cant access the USA server, and it is not a firewall / antivirus issue.

Please have a time and check these logs, ask your programmers if maybe there is some mistake or missing data on the XML file sent by tje server.

Check Well the LOGS, you will see how I can access sucessfully to the German Server always without any trouble, but never to the USA Server.

I need the USA Server, unless the German server stuff get uncompressed also.

5 minutes is all your programmers need to solve this small bug.

we need server like other tool mostly like ub we ready to pay but we need best service we know cyclone will give so please give us best service

Should I ask for a refund and buy Universal Box ? as far as I know, this box also allow me to download the files itself from the DP archives, it is very important for me to do this.
about your server error:

I have been programmer for years, as far as I can read on the logs, the client is expecting for an XML tag which is missing on the USA server XML response, but present on the German server.
It is a TAG somehow related to the time the server has taken processing the File list, etc.

please check this, it shouldnot be too hard to fix. but useful for your valued customers.

happiness is never that complete.

problem is bck again to stay
sh1t, I could download only one file, disconnected and tried now some hours later and again I have no access....

Nothing has been touched or changed from my side, my computer has been on for several days...

Check the database server connectivity, restart the MySQL Service if needed.
