U install drivers when conect Box then After Launching soft and Opeing DCt4/Bb5 TAB it will again ask u for Drivers again
connected Main MODE

Now when u open the DCT4/BB5 tab does ur Box ask for Drivers Again (as Mode Changed it should ask for Drivers) ?

change other usb but theysame problem ang try to other but no work

Uninstall all Cyclone Setup...manually delete folder as well
Restart Window now Install latest Update
Connect Box it will again install drivers ...then open Software and DCT4/BB5 TAB when Box change Mode it will again ask for Drivers..

open cyclone exe, click dct4/wd2/bb5 then attach pic(full screen) of it.
