1110i Contact Service


I have 1110i CS, and make self test.

Phone Type: RM-305
SW version: V 5.51 16-06-08 RM-305 (c) NMP
17 TX_IDP_LOOP Y !failed !

Is it hardware or software problem?

I tried to flash the phone with mxkey but the flash ic can`t be detected, but using jaf it`s ok. here is the log:

Using device: UFS_USB V2.8 (c) SarasSoft 2007.
ASIC ID: 0x2201 [UPP_2M ver: 2]
SecondaryBoot: u_2nd.fia [DCT4] version: 4.70.1 revision: 0.7 size: 0x9A0
Supported Ids: 0011, 0010, 0121, 0120, 1120, 1131, 1130, 2141, 2140, 2142, 2151, 1141, 1181, 1015, 1021, 2031, 2030, 3041, 1201, 2201, 2291, 3161, 3160, 3164
BootLoader not responding, mostly RAM problem !

The phone showed "contact service" i have tried with other cables and still the same. I tried with 1650 the result is the same. what could be wrong with mxkey??? it`s all fine with jaf.
here is the log with 1650 i used 2 normal 1650 phone)

and 1650 type is rm-305

flash ur set with rh-93

after flashing perform unlock (initsim )

problem will be solved

not always SW helps for this case
Full erase Full flash Upload PM Unlock Factory Settings Thats all u can Do

BootLoader not responding, mostly RAM problem !
this always happend when u have bad conection with cable
try with easy cable plz

i have made full flashed , using contact service pm, unlock still no changes.
will try to replace the upp, reball still the same problem.
thanks to all for the suggestions.
