1208 restart when make call - GSM-Forum

i have flash with latest and downgrade version but the problem is same...................... unlock pm writed good.. same condition check the follwoing and give me the right solution...

if on self test said is rf fail is logic is from rf, change rf. first test without Sim card and call on 112, if make the same and is switch off, is from rf.
