I can't write RPL in online logger because BootLoader not responding, mostly RAM problem !

Just Use Free DCT4PLUS IMEI in Service => IMEI & Security => Online Logger all will be ok.

IF mostly RAM problem ! then check Cable or Box.

or change Bootloader folder from Config => Flash Update Directory.

Use JAF box as MX KEY interface to solve it or if you have not JAF box then Manually collect RPL & write through HWK

what interface do you use ?
UFS with HWK ?
if not false,you can do BUS check and get original IMEI ( UEM IMEI ) from phone with HWK or use MXKEY old version

then do manuall calculation and write that RPL
