3120C with Contact Service - First time user of MXKey

Hi. I am first time user of MXKey
I just connected 3120C and tried to unlock after seeing some instructions and video on here

First I choose BB5
Then I choose Scan
Then after that I do Bus Check

Then I choose Service & Imei & Security
Select simlock on left
Then I click SpLock Info
It reads ok and shows is locked and it placed a tick in PA_SL2
Then I make sure init simlock is selected and hit Update SpLock
It seemed to go ok and finally put phone back in Local mode
But when I read SpLock Info again, it says SIMLOCK_DATA corrupted

I tried to shut down software but it just locked up
When I try to start phone now, it show Nokia log and then Contact Service and shut down


What did I do wrong, and how can I fix this?

Tick repair simlock and press update splock

Will try that in a few minutes. Just not at that pc now. Why did this happen? Did I do something wrong for unlocking the phone?

Repair simlock is not available for me?



But in picture in my first post, it shows that there is a backup made?
Can this help me?

with this option "initialise sim lock" selected just give "update splock"

Thanks to everybody for all the replies!

Ended up getting it sorted with help of a friend
Cant remember exact sequence but think "Make SIMLOCK RPL" was ticked first and after that I dunno

Will post back if I get details
