5530 RM-504 How to erase PM area ? (ANSWERED) - GSM-Forum

Hi all,

I have a problem with one 5530. A defect of the phone is a contact service (SECURITY_TEST failed). Log below :

Code:

SIMLOCK seems to be valid
SUPERDONGLE_KEY seems to be valid
CMLA_KEY seems to be valid
WMDRM_PD seems to be valid
SIMLOCK_TEST passed
SECURITY_TEST failed!

Code:

Reading RAP NPC  (0x190 bytes)
Original Product Code: 0594818
Reading RAP VARIANT  (0x0 bytes)
Reading RAP CCC  (0x160 bytes)
 Product Code: 0594818
CCC seems to be valid
Reading RAP HWC  (0xD4 bytes)
 Product Code: 0594818
HWC seems to be valid

I suppose it is a problem with RF/BB data so I tried already to write PM 1,309 and full PM but but it isn't helping (ofcourse I used PPM Auth).
I noticed that it wasn't possible to erase or to overwrite PM area.
Reading RF/BB data always I have the same values:

Code:

Reading RF settings from phone ...OK, finished. 21 Records found.
Reading BB settings from phone ...OK, finished. 8 Records found.

Why isn't it possible to do it and how to solve this problem ?

I have the same problem. I tried to erase ful PM. Not solved

load this RFBB file, press write after auth is done.
