when i untick the safe erase, phone gives this error,

use one of this erase files(5800_Erase_256MB_kashi4gul or 256MB_RAPIDO_YAWE_erase_by_mm-gsm),after full flash with older version(example 21.0.025),write back rpl backup,write pm(without fields 120 and 308) with pm auth,repair simlocks,do sd repair with virgin pm field 1 and 309,again full flash with newer firmware.

phone history: customer told me that after nsu update phone is dead and not power on again.. i really did what u say except erase file.. dead usb by mxkey,jaf, fbus flashing hwk,jaf, and mxkey..let me check ur solution..

i tried it with 52 soft.. not succes. i mean not flashing...

The phone can enter in local mode??, if yes the PLEASE make RPL back up, if not then dont try full erase, just try higher version to get local mode and can make back up, after that, flash the phone with medium E71 firmware then make Quick fix downgrade then flash back to 5800 firmware but try medium-high range..

no.. phone is not enter the local mode.. only vibrate then nothing.. i read the full back up from hwk.. read crt on hwk.. if i can erase the phone maybe it will alive again..but mxkey not allow it..and i really tried e71 solution.. not success.. with e71 flash software read the phone..but not power on...

sir these erase files are normal.? cause their extension is different from others..

256MB_RAPIDO_YAWE_erase_by_mm-gsm.256 ==> *.256
5800_Erase_256MB_kashi4gul ==> not exist extension..

Hello friends , I have also a same problem in N76 , try to erase flash using untick safe flash option but at the end same error comes like loveless.

when mobile come to me for repair it goes to local mode but now after flashing can't go into local mode . only nokia comes then white screen hang.

I have already take certificates backup,but can't erase d flash also using erase file.

please help me guys to solve d problem.
