Have you tried more than once? Usually it happen due to temporary server problem. If you still have same problem and you are sure that server is ok, try this method given below,

1. write full PM from SAME phone model (not care if contains fields 1, 120, 308, 309)
2. make Simlock RPL repair
3. make SD RPL repair
4. make SUPER SX4 Auth then write PM1 and PM309 from SAME phone model
5. eventualy (if phone had bad RPL written by other people) write RPL CCC, HWC, VARIANT from SAME phone model, can get from here:

This model is so hard to read/write pm. It depends from quality of cable and R value on BSI line.
You can tray with UFC cable and resistence 10- 15 K on BSI line.For good resultate, phone is better, before operation to put in Normal mode, or SELFTEST FAIL mode and if is necessary, repeat procedure given from Manole more times.
