NCK Calculator not working - GSM-Forum

i have installed new version v3.2 revision 5.0. updated all licenses. i tried to unlock N81 using new version. but when i selecting calc nck & clicked simlock update. it just reset counter.
it is not unlocking any phone using nck calculator.

PLZ help

select initial simlock not calculate nck and try again
