7210 on contact service its giving me this eror

Bad phones ack on step1, probably SUPERDONGLE_KEY corrupted !
Wrong response to SD verify request

i try with this procedure
1 repair simlock
2 repair sd
3 SD Auth
when i try to do SD auth it give me this error

still no one can answer my question plz guide me how to solve that problem
step by step

its very bad problem with server i think they are not able to locate the mx key serial num so some working and more are not working.
