Erase one by one, dont select both at one time means erase first RAP then EEPROM.

No br, this not hardware issue. phone is 3110c, 100% working. i want to erase for another cause.

it is hw problem... damaged ic flash will be detected error when we try to flash or erase, even it is a normal phone...
