i have big problem could all of you guide me ?

here is matter

that i am from Begusarai (bihar).
and i purchased a mx-key from

on the date of 08th october09, when i purchased it. I ask him about registration .he told me that it comes with already registered . Then I ask about PRICE OF mX-kEY
HE told me 1300 hundred with 1000 rpl free. i was quite surprised that how it possible.
But Every people have need to save money as i agree with him and purchased that.

when I come at my shop and want to use it with remove 3110c nokia contact service .
i was socked that i were not able to remove contact service.

then i contact Mr. Imatiyaz Mandu +919308293083. and i ask him that why i am not able to use new set up of mx key ? he answerd me that you should tick on update licenses .

then i reply that i have done every thing but there is no cahnce. and when i install new setup then there is showing message No Security Dongle detected

so i ask him today why creating this type of problem please suggest me.
is this mx key duplicate . he told me not . then i asked what should i do?
he told me i cant do anything then i warned him that if you won't help me i will post complian in all mobile forum and also i told him that every forum member know me that i am sheikh.(sheikh905677786)

but,after all this he gave me answer go and do any thing i do not have any tension.

So, All Of You Please guide me what should i DO? what should i do with my duplicate mx key?

First of all, do you have properly Installed Dongle Driver?

Can you see it installed in Device Manager?

MX-KEY never comes registered you have to register it before using and update license before using with latest version,if its coming with registration and working on only single version given its 1000000% fake its a copy MX-KEY no doubt about it and another most important thing MX-KEY IF U buy in bulk (50 pieces) then u receive at that price how come one retailer sell a single price at that price ,,so its not hard to believe that its a copy MX-KEY which comes registered and works with single version
but before blaming try update version and update license

Your MXKEY is a copy one, yes look like some ppl think are smart and try make money with our work w/o pay us, so ask him to refund your money back.

I dont see him as reseller in this list.

I also find today some resellers, even distributor was selling copy mxkey,
so i just deleted them from reseller list and for sure i will never add them again,
since they just try to cheat you as end-customer.

I want to be clear with all resellers, if i find reseller selling copy, and will be easy to find them, i will just delete them from reseller list.

More details about copy mxkey i will make a statement soon.
