1 -checking last firmware taik long time to reply
i think it's bad option
2- when put last version for c3 (8.65 ) to phone v (7.20)
the programe say : the phone have high version , do you want to continue

go to nokia modul option and uncheck "notify latest firmware"

Massage apear because program check last version by product code, maybe this version of soft doesnt exist for you Product Code, thats why program cant detect it properly

see config to disable this feature if you don't want to use it
