Question C1-00 RM-689 after flash no power on

i flash a running C1-00 RM-689 but problem is after flash phone no power on phone is dead..........i flashed with version 3.00 firmware with same product code & also different product code.......still now phone is dead.........from 2nd time to till now its give me error msg when scan & buscheck........plz check attach video for detail..........

download and flash with v2.60 will be ok

V3.00 creats some problem to phone ,So it is bettr , flash ur phone with V2.60.
