Yes, you can. Just connect mobile to PC, install drivers, then open MXKey, form device list, choose your phone, select "connect". Then open Nokia Service Tool, and do your work. You can also flash it as Dead USB phone (then you have choose Nokia USB Rom for device list and then connect).

Just connect phone in Normal Mode (PC Suite mode), install necessary drivers. The disconnect the phone, take out the battery.
Run MXKey, and in Device List, should be something like "Nokia USB ROM", choose that, then click "Connect".
After connection is established, open Nokia Service Tool, choose correct firmware files & product code. Press "Flash".
Now you will see "Polling USB Device". Now put the battery back in, connect USB Cable, and press Power On button shortly, flashing should begin.

Try to install latest Nokia Connectivity Cable driver, then in MXKey's device list, you should be able to find Nokia USB ROM.
When I have flashed dead Nokia 5800 I have just pressed "Flash" button, then connected phone to USB cable, and shortly pressed Power On button. Nokia Service Tool did the rest
