There is not possible to refund any money and this is for a simple reason:
your customer for the other 3 iPhones you unlocked already with our services
will be angry on you if we lock back this iPhones.

Please read my posts to others and find your answer there
why have delay on Swisscom, I do not like to repeat myself.

Also please be informed I changed the time for Swisscom:
instant to 20 working days

Just for your info about already unlocked Swisscom.
Some was unlocked in fast 1 day and some others was delay in 15 days.

Here are latest UNLOCKED Swisscom IMEI's for you to check our service is working.
May be you can check 1 or 2 if you got your IMEI CHECK Service activated

i am 1000% sure that your service ist Nr 1
but at the the time i have ordert the unlock code was instant to 5 days
and now you say 20 days

what i can do for my customer ,sure he dosent wait 15 days more
so what can i do now

I will try to unlock this phone with supplier till then, if not,
I will push him for a refund.

I am not angry with no one who post against me.
When I start this iPhone unlocking I knew there will be some not
content customers specially the ones who have only 1 or 2 phones to unlock

The ones who already used our services and they are happy and content
only few are posting this results. They are busy making money with it

All Swisscom jobs uploaded before 15 November and was not possible to be
unlocked was refunded today.

All other jobs uploaded after 15 November will apply policy for 20 days time
waiting for unlock as this was the date we have changed the time.
