It not complet only input name and email than confirm email but not complet sever not respon.

i bought my mxkey from ipmart paid 27.00 for express delivery(plus 60 for mxkey) from fedex and i am having same problem as the people above,i gave a user name and email then confirmed email and nothing it won't register..... any ideas??
