Can't repair 3500c through USB mode

MX Key Can't repair my 3500c mobile that has SP Data Corrupted. I can't repair it through Fbus mood because it is almost not working. So, I am repairing it through USB Mood. MX key Read PM through USB mood but, it can't read RPL through USB Mood. MX Team must work hard that the phone must be unlock and backing up RPL through USB Mood.

Previously, this phone was almost dead. At the time of starting, it showed "Contact Service". Now, I can able to Start the phone but it is locked by network. Now, let me know how to unlock and repair SIM LOCK data??
