Cant start MXkey and driver is ok(SOLVED)

will i'm fed with this stupid box

i already formated the computer and still give me bugs and errors and crap

now whenever i click on mx icon it wont start and on task manager it come and go quickly and the program is not start

ps. with mxkey without HTI it was running ok , now with this new box its not working

Perhaps u r not using this ver 3.5 revision 1.2, install this and check.
Hopefully it should be ok, if still same its may be ur pc infected by viruses.

I'm on XP pro SP3 and using 3.5 rev1.2 and i have kaspersky

i solved the problem by uninstalling kaspersky ,

imagine !!! ??? kaspersky conflicts with MXBOX ??? its supposed to be the other way around ,

also no product supporter replied , thanks

I'm using Kaspersky too, and i have no problem with MXKey. Try to add MobileEx soft in Kaspersky exclusion list, your problem will solved.

how come after uninstalling kaspersky it works?
now i'm running norton and all is fine , i guess kaspersky should modify their program to be combatible with MXBOX , don't you think

hi,
for sure, this is not caused by device drivers, and there should be no issues on KAV, since Alim is using the same anti virus as yours.
i also use symantec, but still need to configure it manually to exclude mxkey.

add mxkey to KAV's exclusion, re install mxkey latest setup once more and do sync files after, this should be the way out.

today's anti virus is strange..

Are two days that i go to RETRY!!!!
Only the First time alls was be perfect, but after in second Syncronie forever ERROR 200, not is possible we are all Wrong, have problem whith this Change of .XML files, is normal that the Database Not know more the first installaction, this problem solve whith one other Full setup or if do u have other solution, please post it, thank you
