Credits lost due to server issue - GSM-Forum

Sorry, just purchased 50 credits for the 100 required for unlimited usage. But just lost a few due to service issues. Would it be possible for the 3 lost credits to be placed back on my account so when the 50 is processed I will have 100 again ? Please let me know.

I think it is impossible to loose credits if you used mxkey sw with 100 credits already.

Maybe you used software when you still had 50 free credits,

in that case, you need to buy 100 credits my friend to be able to use

mxkey update without loosing anymore credits.

I rather not have my key blocked for 4 credits, they are cheap enough and I will purchase 50 more. Thanks for replying.

I have purchased 50 logs and the tool is working again. Great tool great price.

1. no one is blocking any mxkey w/o reason. reason for blocking mxkey can be not paid to reseller or not respecting the rules of posting in mxkey section.

These were the ones... I tried many times for the same device but it just kept decreasing due to server issues.. it was never calculated and operation never performed. Since i need the tool, I just purchased another 50 as that's the only amount they come in for the tool to be functional as well

I have this problem. they said that we had to DCT4plus mxkey activated, we will have surprises??
someone can tell me what has happened with my activation?
