Why can,t download file from support? Conect support ok. but download no why? Where is the mistace?

temporary u can use "Image DL" by product Code

i used fire fox but where can i locate the image file by the pro. code
iam a new user to mx key the best among my boxes so save, i have 10 pcs
of 2330 ver. 06. 46 and 7100s 5pcs i get to server but it keep searching
and never ends.
where in server can i type to locate that image pro.cod
