Bro, i agree full whith others, the N95 have problem of cable for the major time, i have solved one time for all, whith one modific to the direct cable at box, the cable direct to Jaf or Ufs whith one resistor in Bsi line and not have more problem that the SW not see my N95 connected.
In your case, not write which fw have usated, if have done downgrade, if have saved all BB5 CERTIFICATE, not write which cable use, nothingh, not ask help in this mode and in my pm, and we help you whith very not interess if do u write more particular, this forever.
Do u are lucky, just yesterday i was having the similar problem in 1 N70, becouse have ceck in "SW downgrade fix" in Quick Fix of Mx, resultated IMEI 123456....., have immediatly searched the mode for restore IMEI, naturally i have my MX settated in "BB5 SECURE CERTIFICATE VALIDATION" (or similar), when i launch "BUS CHECK", and thanks to this i have restored the BB5 RPL CERTIFICATE, whith your IMEI naturally, easy click in "RESTORE IMEI" TAB. "IMEI REBUILD" in MX, immeditly have open one window whith my "BB5 CERTIFICATE RPL BKP", have select this and have restored my IMEI in one moment, for shure after have inserted the file Rpl from MX RAR FILE where do u have all the RPL W/O NPC DATA, in N70 have only 2 file, but in N95 Rapid Phone do u have alls certificate, also CHANGE CABLE HOW FIRST TIME, after RESTORED YOUR IMEI and for do u to be shure, go whith Self Test or Info Phone, if have Fields of certificate empty, use this RPL W/O NPC and write this, now if want to help to you, here the log of yesterday, but first CHANGE CABLE:
