Help please, how install new vers. Mx and work whith credit buyed?

Good Morning, I open this topic, because I felt alone, but I always get errors or Dongle MX does not make me "Sign" updates, and I have different types of errors, such as, "ACCESS VIOLATION AT ADDRES XXXXXX. READ OF ADDRESS 0000000", or not let me "SIGNAR" the updates. I came to try to uninstall and reinstall everything starting from Vers 3.3 rel. 1.4 forward to 1.8 + fixes, but nothing to do.
Then I remembered that I had the dongle installed and worked perfectly on another PC, so I took the whole folder C MobilEX 3.3 and I copied on my PC, the result is, I did do all of UPDATE modules, and I left everything as it was, the rel. 1.6, because it's the only one that opens correctly and I did update all modules.
Now, I have read of the credits, then, I've bought the dongle and registered on 10/02/2010 and was have 2010 credits,(yes i know this is different credits) now if I do a check over anything. It makes me go on the support and everything, BUT, before making a mistake or if I took most of the credits, buyed from by an OFFICIAL RESELLER, how writes Manole, so do not miss it.
I bought a package of "MX-KEY BB5 UNLIMITED" and a package of "MX-CREDIT KEY," which I wrote on the invoice for DCT4, that because I am not interested, in ITALY, for me, not have need ASIC 11, but because I read that to be enabled BLACKBARRY, it takes the BB5 and DCT4 CREDITS CREDIT i got them both, putting my N° of CARD, still have not arrived because I bought them last night.
