hi all , i have Lumia 800 RM-801 with Nokia DLOAD bootloader .
how can i unlock it's bootloader and flash custom rom on it ?

i flash RM801_11w50_1_prod_generic_nokia_osbl.mbn to my lumia 800 but steel i can't connect it in qualcomm bootloader mode and i can't flash any custom rom on it.
what should i do ?

I am having the same issue
mine's not coming in qualcomm mass storage mode

i have already flashed the RM-801_file as well
nd my hardware revision is 2.3 as well,which means i am having old bootloader
any idea's!!

If you can't connect to OSBL mode, and it will connect the phone via DLOAD mode,
you have a locked bootloader. do not attempt to unlock your phone, or else it will be brick and NO SOLUTION AT THIS MOMENT

Is it compulsory to have the dongle or can we just connect it via usb directy to computer?

Alguem ja testou esse metodo? e deu certo? pq aqui em casa estou tentando baixar esse programa que usa e nao consigo. tem q ter seria ou ativador. e eu adoraria testar esse metodo
