why i log in to the server ,then i want to select a file to download then is ask me to enter a product code or phone type.. i was enter example n73 = rm-133 then still nothing show out,, any ppl can tell me y like this ?? thanks for reply..

in product code u type that code which mention on sticker of set under battry near imie
