PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO SOLVE THAT

I TRY TO FLASH WITH THAT VERSION 6.25 / 6.30 / 6.65
BUT STILL SAME

phone is dead ( water damaged ), means set is dead when customer gives to me,i wash and clean pcb + some glow hit , then try to check on software
i try first bus check , its ok then i think its a software problem , thats why i try to flash , but its happens.

dear hardware is clean now ,
but i think this is a software problem ,
because u check my first post , its checksum mismatch problem,
its only solved by software otherwise set is dead , or one thing is only flash complete but no local mode / test mode or normal mode/ how to read info bro ?

Bro. Check your Generation Tab, must be DCT4 with XGold tick & try Flash again. Some times this occurs for Wrong Generation Selection too. Have a good day.

try to flash as zuber say than click in scan if you see phone information it is display problem

Bro. I know it's RM-769, see your Screen Shot you selected BB5 & you should know it's not BB5 then it's DCT4 XGold Phone, so better select DCT4 in Generation Tab & tick XGold & check, may be clear your misunderstandings.
