its only problem of internet--

*check firewal
*restart pc

- do not plug HTI to USB
- open mobileex.exe, ignore no dongle message
- pres update HTI, plug hti immediately to USB.

same problem. my usb to HTI connector approx 1.5 mts is it any problem.
Waiting for HTI in boot mode ...

change ur cable and try to the other side your pc usb
