HTI have NXP chip with hardware malfunction (ANSWERED)

Few months ago I checked my HTI about the NXP chip with hardware malfunction and it was OK. Today I check it again, it says my HTI has NXP chip with hardware malfunction. How could this be.


I bought my HTI at Ipmart, they can't exchange it they said.
is there not possible to work on firmware update to fix this problem?
As this issue came up right after the firmware update, or can we downgrade the firmware to avoid this chip issue?

my hti is k.o after i upgrade boot 0.7
and i try with 2 hti, coz iam penasaran:

bro. just click Synchronize file for minor update, disconnect box, restart mxkey without HTI & update HTI once more time & post result.

I will answer this kind of post.
This problem SHOULD BE PASSSED AND SOLVED LOOOOOONG TIME ago.
Do you still remember i was open a thread (F-IF) that i accept damaged box repair after upgrade. Now it's no more.

NXP Bugs = Dead after upgrade should be no more discussed.
WHY when 00.50 FW Version is came out you didn't do it? What is the reason? To wait your warranty expired?


There is no other option, except to buy a new box.
I am sorry for you my friend, i can not help your case.

i knew about it,but yg jadi heran.. why it happend at 2nd upgrading hti, at 1st upgrade my hti is okey okey aja. i update my hti 1st when mx team realese new firmware 0.5
iseng kemaren tak cobo upgrade again and i get apes, my box is died. but neverminds its ok coz i have 3 hti
2 green (die when 2nd update)
and oranges one (its ok di geber update ping piro ae)
