HELP - Htic is showing old info & is not in realtime like ipic & Cyclone IMEI tool.

Checked ipic report & phoen is showing as unlocked

Why is HTic info not correct.

This problem needs to be solved if this tool is going to be of any use to us. We need info we can rely on

best thing is Cyclone 100% percent accurate when the iPhone is unlocked as I was inputing the IMEI in the Apple ..???.. and once was processed by Apple server was shown on Cyclone its unlocked (few sec delay LOL)
