put the smartcard into another catd reader because the new thunder box is anable to detect the smartcard inside i had the same problem but i put the card in infinity best card reader and all works fine

mxkey thunder waste box im also not finding the smart card driver s its not the problem of box card or may be of computer it sure the problem of drivers.. so mxkey team plzz launch the mxkey thunder smart card drivers

solution for mxkey thunder no security dongle detected
if you have this problem you must
0) first take one any dongle, example infinity best dongle ,
1) insert the smart card (mxkey sim card) into it,
2) then you must connect the both mxkey thunder box and dongle to PC
3) instal the HTI smart card drive C:\mobileEx\3.5\data\drivers\hti and if needed the dongle driver
4) start mxkey program and enjoy
5) if you will restart the PC then must do same process
