use other cable.
Do you use UFC cable ? (If yes use cable nr 10 UFCv2).

Why don't you use USB Cable, RAPS V3 Phone supported with USB.

Use FiRe Agent & Download Firmware,
Select Firmware with Market Drop Down Menu & proceed with your work for Hash Read.
