I read a lot and I have seen many posts on the change of this transistor BCP-69, but one in particular wrote that could be replaced with any PNP transistor, and tell you that it's the truth. I'm not an electronics expert, so I turned to a technician who repairs TELEVISIONS, radios Itc ... I explained my problem, this person has only answered me not to worry, just 10 minutes I have replaced the transistor BCP-69 with one another and not asked me only 1 cent, returned to the laboratory, like magic, connect a phone running SL3 mode f/bus to HTI/BOX, and after selecting the BOX, I try to make a BUS/CHECK, and immediately see that the phone is seen without any problem, I also do one SCAN/CHECK and after 6 months that this BOX never worked, finally I see walking to high speed, I provide all data and works perfectly on every function. So, friends, changed this transistor BCP-69 with any PNP transistor, and if you are not capable, do like me, you go from an excellent electronic technician and will think him to see the compatibility with a transistor good, I assure you that everything works as it should be. I hope to be of help to those who have problems getting the nokia to MX/BOX, with a charge from nothing now I have my BOX working perfectly. Pardon my English, but i think that you have understand, BR Allumts | |

Member: 1564612 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 12,345 | Friend, if you go just a few pages back, you can see many posts that talk about where he is the transistor BCP-69, there are all the pictures with all the ' DATE-SHEET ' of both the BCP transistor-69, what you find opening the BOX, and also other Transistor as the BD-140 itc ... If you read well, I do not understand anything about electronics, so I opened the MX/BOX I saw where is localized and go to a TV technicianI did replace only this transistor with another, now my BOX works perfectly, if you are able to change it, you can use a BD-140 or any other PNP transistor, you'll see that the BOX will work to 101%. I never could use this MX/BOX for 6 months, because I do not read a single nokia phone mode f/bus, it's enough a change of transistors which costs 30 cents. and everything works perfectly. Go back and find pages all figures and DATA-SHEET that you want, if you are able to change it myself, I have solved in 10 minutes and even without spending 1 cent, and I'm not no P. Manager of this BOX, I was interested just that work, I have read, and I solved all problems, Good luck BR Allumts |
