I install the newest mxkey in my vista today,but I find the mxkey can't find my dongle key? What is the problem? Can some one tell me pls?

hi....
I'm sorry I use win XP SP2. your current OS is more complicated support for some aplication. because different winscard & ScardSvr command process isue.

BTW: try to install driver manually in this folder
C:\mobileEx\3.2\data\drivers\card\FT2K\instDrv_std RK200.exe

step II manual, I hope help you:

ControlPanel->System->Device manager-> Smart Card-> USB Token Device-> Update Driver-> directed to that folder.

if used in vista, try to change compatibility to windows xp (right click, go to properties --> compatibility), or you can run it as administrator (right click, run as administrator)

VISTA version mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev3.0 system using normal
MobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev4.1 update mobileEx_setup_v3.2_rev3.2 and have the same problem, does not recognize the dongle
