yeah, i don't find that log at mine too, what may be the problem? anyway i'm using v3.3_rev1.6

i have uninstalled the application and installed again and now i have log folder.

i uninstall & install again (antivirus disable) still i did't get "C:\mobileEx\3.3]mobileEx.log " whats wrong .
please kndly experts help to me

i mean is

in the first open MXKEY software , go to
Options - General Setting - tick "Save Log"
afterward go to
Action -> Restart App

done .

i said, i have the folder now but not is true, i have a txt file with the name mobilex.log but now i have unlocked without any problem one old dct4 (6820a) and when i go to see the log, i have this:
