More More bugs in new set up 3.3 (rev1.7)

dct4 and dct4+ error config flash loder

nokia 3110c and nokia 5130 cant flash

after update Manole is sleeping, because he tired to fight with raskal

tested on 3110c and worked ok
just uncheck fast flash
